From a single project to a legacy of excellence — the Accord Builders story.
Accord Builders Limited was founded in 2010 by a team of visionary engineers and entrepreneurs who believed Bangladesh deserved world-class real estate. Starting with a single residential project in Dhanmondi.
Within the first three years, Accord Builders completed its inaugural residential project ahead of schedule. Expanded into commercial development, completing its first office complex and establishing a reputation for on-time delivery.
Accord Builders entered the premium residential segment, launching flagship projects in Gulshan and Banani. Strategic partnerships with leading architects elevated design standards, and the company received its first industry recognition awards.
Today, with over 50 completed projects and a growing pipeline of integrated developments, Accord Builders is recognized as one of Bangladesh's most trusted developers.
